Crime Trends At about 11.30pm on 11th February at the Thorn Business Park at Rotherwas, two vehicles inside a secure compound had their roof bar lights removed. CCTV footage shows a car pulling up outside the gates, a male climbing over the fence and taking the lights. Unfortunately the registration number was not visible on the CCTV footage. Over the weekend of 13th/15th February, Clehonger primary school was broken into, a window was smashed to gain entry, but nothing appears to have been stolen, it is believed youngsters were involved by the size of the footprints found at the scene. Overnight on Tuesday 15th/Wednesday 16th February, a 17ft 'Old Town' riverboat was stolen from a field at a business premises in Orcop. Between 6pm on Friday 11th and 9.30am on Wednesday 16th, about 900 litres of fuel was stolen from 3 combine harvesters at farm buildings outside Kingstone. The thieves brought drums with them to empty the fuel into, as drums belonging to the farm were not touched. On Monday 14th February, a 500 gallon stainless steel tank was stolen from outside a property at Thruxton. The neighbours saw a white flatbed lorry take the tank away at around 10.30am, but did not realise it was being stolen! Suspicious Vehicles A white Ford Transit LWB panel van P27*NKY was spotted at a farm near Peterchurch last Sunday 13th February at about 11.45am. There were three male occupants, and they were asking for a female who the caller had not heard of. The caller believes they were 'sussing the place out' Hereford Rural South Local Policing Team
